Data acquisition and usage for Contract purposes
We collect personal data when these are voluntarily given to us for usage through an inquiry form, booking or any other type of contact (i.e. inquiry form, email…). Which personal data we require and collect can be seen on our forms. We use your data to complete your inquiries and/or bookings/contracts. After total completion of your inquiries/bookings, you data will be saved and inaccessable for any further parties. As long as there are is no consent from the client and we haven’t reserved the right for any further usage of the data, which is legally possible as long as we have informed the client, your personal data will be extinguished after the legal and compulsory period of record-keeping has expired.
Data transfer or forwarding for contract fullfillment
To be able to fullfill the contract/booking, we forward your data to the booked service provider/transport company. For fullfill of payment transactions all bank details will be forwarded to our bank/credit institutes and if neccessary payment service providers.
Data disclosure, extinguishing and/or blocking
At any given time you have the right to any information about your personal data, where it is, who sees and uses it as well as to corrections, having your data blocked or extinguished.
